Hello and welcome back to the campfire! Today I have my older sister, Nina, joining me for a conversation as we wrap up another year of learning. Nina lives in Mississippi and homeschools her 3 kids using the Gather Round Curriculum for year-round schooling. I use the Charlotte Mason method as the backbone to our learning and follow a 36 week calendar with more of a relaxed and interest-led approach during the summer.
Today we recap on how our year went, using the curriculum and resources we did. We discuss what worked, what didn’t work, and thoughts on what we might what to change. We also discuss plans for the summer.
So grab a seat by the fire as we travel to Mississippi to chat with my big sis about all things homeschool!
